Hello…if you’re reading this, then you’re probably a relative, friend or acquaintance. If a relative or friend, you may already know some of what you read here, but if you’re just an acquaintance or stranger then maybe you’ll find something here that will interest or amuse you. I am NOT a writer or even pretend to be…so forgive the spelling and grammatical errors.
So here’s a synopsis of who I am…or profess to be. 🙂
I was born in Flint, MI and moved to Blytheville, AR at age 11. Spent my Junior High School years in Pocahontas, AR which I remember fondly. I moved back to Blytheville at age 15 and went to Blytheville High School until I graduated 1973.
I joined the Navy right out of High School and spent a little over 4 years serving. Initially I was trained as a Hospital Corpsman (once a corpsman…always corpsman) and then continued into specialized training to be a Medical Technologist…which I have now done for 39 years (but 41 years in the medical field).
I dabble in a little photography. I love to ride motorcycles, and I’m always on a quest to find the best BBQ and the best hamburgers on my travels.
So there you go…but you’ll learn more about me if you follow this blog.
Enjoy.
